The 18-month Young Graduate Program is designed to develop Nestlé’s next generation of leaders in Information Technology, part of a multicultural team of IT professionals driving the biggest IT digital transformation of the FMCG industry.
You will start your journey in our Global IT Hub in Barcelona and then rotate between our other Global IT Hubs in Vevey and Milano.
You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership, communication and technical skills, through practical assignments and continuous learning.
You will work with leading technologies, as well as our top tech partners (such as Microsoft, SAP, Google, Facebook or Salesforce to name a few) to enable Nestlé to engage with millions of consumers and customers worldwide.

People from all backgrounds are welcome at Nestlé. The minimum required qualification is a bachelor’s degree preferably in a STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) discipline, already achieved or planned by June 2020.
