1.- Do I need experience to apply to the program?

  • Up to 2 years of work experience. 

2.- Is a particular career or study necessary?

  • No, you only have to comply with being a professional already graduated (not in the process of graduating), and desirable with a master's degree in the area you have chosen, beyond the career we look for young people with high potential. 

3.- Is English proficiency essential?

  • Yes, it is a non-negotiable, you must be bilingual, have a C1 level in all skills, this will allow you to connect with global leaders, participate in meaningful experiences and increase your growth opportunities exponentially.

5.- Is there an age range to apply?

  • Yes, our program is focused on promoting quality job opportunities for young people in the area, that's why it is between 22 and 28 years old. 

6.- How long does the program last?

  • The Trainee program lasts 18 months, during which time you will carry out rotations, participate in projects and in the entire accelerated development strategy designed for you. After this period and according to your performance, you will be placed in a specific role according to the needs of the business and where your potential and skills make you shine. 

7.- How long does the process take?

  • 1 1/2 months of publication and receipt of CV's and the selection is approximately 1 month.

8.- If selected, when is the date of entry?

  • April 2026.

9.- If I meet the required profile or not, will I be notified?

  • Yes, you receive notification when you advance in each stage of the process, if you do not advance in any of them, you will receive an email with the notification. 

10.- What are the requirements that I must meet?

Be a qualified professional in any career, desirable with a master's degree and mobility, command of English (C1) and have these skills:
