1.- Do I need experience to apply to the program?

  • Not required, Ideally from 1-2 years, we are looking for people with development potential within the organization.

2.- How long does the process take?

  • From the publication, receipt of CV and the selection process lasts approximately 2 months.

3.- If I am selected, when is the start date?

  • We have 4 options to start: April – 2025, June – 2025, July 2025 and October 2025

4.- Will I be notified if I fit the required profile or not?

  • Yes, at every stage of the process the Talent Attraction team will contact you.

5.- What are this year's programs?

  • IT & Digital

6.- What are the requirements I must meet?

  • Recent Graduates within 0-2 years. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems Administration, Cybernetics, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial, Engineer or similar.
  • Fluent English conversation skills.
