What to expect for the 2026 Nestlé USA Marketing Development Program:

The Marketing Development Rotation Program is a dynamic 3-year, development program with unique rotations and experiences that develop participants’ analytical skills, critical thinking, and leadership potential. Through this robust development program, participants build relevant and real-world marketing skills that will jump-start their career as future marketing leaders within Nestlé USA.

 

This unique rotational program is fueled by a growth mindset dedicated to personal development and by a shared love of food and culinary excellence. We are looking for people with the right mix of talent and enthusiasm —with proven leadership skills, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for working in a collaborative team-based environment. Participants will have the chance to work at one of our Nestlé headquarters locations in the US – Arlington, VA or Solon, OH.

 

Where you Work:

We have opportunities at two vibrant U.S. headquarters locations, Arlington, VA and Solon, OH. Participants will have the chance to immerse yourself in one campus for the entirety of your program, allowing you to fully engage with your surroundings and build lasting connections.

 

Rotation Descriptions:

Rotation 1: Technical Applications Group – Associate Project Manager

During this rotation, you will take the lead in cross-functional teams, driving innovation in product development. You will gain a solid foundation in marketing decision-making, encompassing manufacturing, financial impact, and consumer insights. Dedicated mentorship and training will support your development, ensuring you thrive in this role.

 

Rotation 2: Marketing – Consumer Insights Analyst

Our consumers are at the heart of all that we do. In this rotation, you will collaborate with our Consumer Marketing Insights teams in support of one of our divisions. During this rotation, you will have the ability to collaborate extensively with our CMI teams, brand and commercial partners, along with experts in our Center of Demand Generation (CDG). You will build strong analytics and insights skills to be able to influence and enable our Brand Marketing teams to win with our consumers.

 

Rotation 3: Marketing – Brand Marketing Analyst

During your final rotation, you will join a Brand Marketing team within one of our divisions. This is your opportunity to “put it all together” and leverage all the skills & knowledge from your previous rotations. You will call on experiential learnings and apply them to developing strategies and activations for your team. Upon completion of this rotation, you will officially graduate from the Marketing Development Program and can pursue exciting career opportunities in our Marketing organization.

 

Position Eligibility Requirements:

  • Able to participate in Diversity Leadership Symposium August 13-14, 2025
  • Bachelor’s degree completed by June 2026
  • Majors in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Sales Management, Data or Business Analytics, and related fields
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

 

Professional & Leadership Requirements:

  • Previous Co-Op/Internship or other practical experience in a CPG industry preferred
  • Leadership in an extracurricular activity or organization on-campus or through professional experiences

 

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Possess excellent analytical skills and ability to utilize basic Excel functions
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to design comprehensive presentations in PowerPoint
  • Willingness to embrace change and learn quickly in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Comfortable working in independent and team settings

  • This program is endorsed by our esteemed Marketing Leadership Team and our Executive Leaders. Every participant is assigned a mentor (a senior marketing leader) and an advisor (marketing associate) to round out their development and to support successful project completion
  • As participants move on to their third rotation, they are also invited to participate in our marketing development curriculum. This features best-in-class courses that build functional knowledge, as well as multi-day immersive sessions. All our courses feature internal & external thought leaders.
