As an eCommerce Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities related to the coordination of digital initiatives across Nestle USA’s divisions & functions, generation of financial and performance reports, and communication of actionable insights to key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating ecommerce projects, serving as the main liaison with external agencies, conducting ad-hoc data analysis, manage budgets, and developing scorecards to track key performance indicators. You will play a critical role in driving the success of the division's ecommerce strategies. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Support standardization of eCommerce reporting processes, tools, training, and resources for Nestle USA’s division’s & functions to accelerate growth within the eCommerce channel. 
  • Proactively generate actionable insights that support current business needs, inform strategic decisions, and drive profitable brand and category performance through the analysis of syndicated and ad hoc data from various sources.
  • Utilize analytic data models to provide recommendations and identify opportunities for business growth and positive ROI within the Generating Demand Organization.
  • Translate and scope complex business questions into reports/analytics that produce clear and actionable insights, practicing a One Source of the Truth mindset across the organization.
  • Utilize data visualization and effective storytelling to build impactful presentations
  • Provide relevant training and upskilling to drive standard processes in eCommerce and communicate the benefits to the broader Demand Generation team.
  • Build and maintain reporting and tools essential to the day-to-day operation of Nestle's eRetailer account teams.
  • Serve as the connection point for our division’s eCommerce Sr. Specialists to share and implement best practices in service of accelerating the channel together.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in retail sales, eCommerce, shopper marketing or a related commercial environment with a focus on reporting and analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • With the ever-changing landscape of eCommerce, the ability to continually learn and adapt to new challenges and ambiguous data sets with high curiosity 

 

Experience/Skills:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital data and analytics, utilizing intermediate/advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, pivots, etc.) to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Apply problem-solving and analytical capabilities to develop creative solutions for challenging problems, showcasing adaptability to change and a results-driven mindset.
  • Work independently and autonomously, leveraging excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders without direct authority and challenge existing processes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities that extend beyond the defined role, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to support eCommerce transformational projects while leveraging your analytical expertise to provide insights, reporting, and analysis to drive sales strategies. You will play a crucial role in driving growth within the eCommerce channel and contributing to the success of Nestle's sales team.
