POSITION SUMMARY:

Join the Center for Demand Generation at Nestlé USA as a Marketing Manager, Strategy and Operations. In this high-visibility role, you will help shape and operationalize key enterprise marketing priorities, including Marketing of the Future, Trust & Transparency, and functional operations. Working across cross-functional teams, you will translate strategic priorities into clear plans, aligned execution, and scalable tools that strengthen marketing effectiveness and help drive demand across our Food & Beverage portfolio.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic One Marketing and CDG Operations:

  • Lead core One Marketing and Center for Demand Generation routines, shaping priorities and decisions while building the operating rhythm needed to drive execution.
  • Drive alignment on key initiatives by shaping agendas and content, engaging the right stakeholders, and ensuring decisions and actions move forward effectively.
  • Evolve team routines and engagement approaches based on business needs, organizational learnings, and seasonal priorities to strengthen effectiveness, focus, and collaboration.
  • Support brand- and business-level planning processes by helping translate strategic priorities into clear plans, cross-functional alignment, and actionable next steps.

Trust and Transparency

  • Lead the implementation of the overall NUSA Trust and Transparency strategy by partnering with technical and content experts to shape priorities, tailor workstreams, and enable execution through playbooks, tools, and coaching.
  • Represent the team in key forums as a strategic and operational partner, translating priorities into coordinated action across the broader Trust and Transparency organization.
  • Amplify progress and key advancements in ways that build understanding, credibility, and support among employees, shareholders, investors, and key opinion leaders.
  • Marketing of the Future
  • Help shape the evolution of the marketing function by identifying capability needs and partnering with L&D to deliver the tools, training, and enablement required for adoption at scale.
  • Translate strategic priorities into practical tools and content that accelerate adoption, reinforce best practices, and strengthen marketing excellence across the organization.
  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced business training preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, commercial strategy, business operations, or related fields, with a track record of translating strategic priorities into cross-functional plans and execution.
  • Experience in CPG or other complex, matrixed organizations is strongly preferred, particularly in roles requiring cross-functional influence, structured planning, and operational excellence.
  • EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
  • Proven ability to influence across levels and functions, building alignment and momentum in matrixed environments without direct authority.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to connect insights, business context, and organizational needs to practical solutions.
  • Agility and resilience in fast-paced environments, with the ability to adapt to change while maintaining focus on outcomes and execution excellence.
  • High degree of ownership and self-direction, with the ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and move work forward with sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messages, facilitate alignment, and build credibility with cross-functional partners and senior leaders.
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, bring structure to complex work, and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
