Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Associate to support the implementation and operationalization of the Brand Building the Nestle Way (BBNW) framework at Nestlé USA. This role is part of the Center for Demand Generation, our Center of Excellence for Marketing and Commercial Excellence. As a member of the BGS team, you will help ensure consistent execution of brand planning tools and processes, support cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to the continuous improvement of brand-building capabilities. You will play a key role in analyzing brand performance data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making for brand growth.

Primary Responsibilities
- Execution Support: Assist in deploying BBNW tools and processes across divisions, ensuring consistency, and accuracy.
- Project Coordination: Help manage budgets and third-party vendor relationships, track timelines/deliverables, and support cross-functional meetings and workshops.
- Data & Insights: Collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and support strategic brand recommendations. Assist in designing and executing consumer research (e.g., surveys, interviews) and interpreting syndicated data sources (e.g., POS, panel data). Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with brand teams, commercial leads, and BGS team to ensure smooth adoption of processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, analytics or project coordination (CPG experience preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis, including proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
- Experience with consumer research methods and syndicated data sources is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management including budget tracking, timeline tracking, and third-party vendor coordination is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with consumer research tools is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from cross-functional teams.
Salary: $140,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
Bonus Eligibility: Yes
The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
