- 3/5 years of experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing, experience in Sales is appreciated

Position Summary
We are seeking for an energetic and highly driven person to help develop and execute the strategy for the Fitness Brands, embracing diffent products like Breakfast Cereals, Granola and Bars Channels, for the Retail, Out of Home and E-Commerce channels.
The candidate will have the ownership of Brands Portfolio management, successfully leading cross functional collaboration and influencing key local and international stakeholders, including participation in Brand Boards.
A Day in the Life of the Brand Manager Fitness
- Support BEO in Long term plan development and Annual Marketing Plan definition and implementation (incl. Media Strategy)
- Ensure successful Portfolio Management, adopting a proactive approach with CDT (Channel/Customer Development Team) and Supply Chain in leading correct execution of brand strategies
- Define and implement strong local consumer activities in coordination with external partners and all needed internal functions (Purchasing, Legal, Regulatory, Media, Promo Agencies etc.); Provide pre-post Consumer Promotion evaluation with key learnings
- Manage TV copies of local adaptation, legal checks and coordination of creative agencies and implement also digital initiatives collaborating with media agencies, internal functions and international teams and actively contribute to identify communication recos especially on Gatekeepers and Teens targets
- Packaging adaptations to local context, Sales force supporting news and trade materials: managing the process from brief to agency, regulatory/legal validation and execution
- In charge of In store Activities and POS materials definition and coordination with Trade Marketing
- Ideation and management of sampling activities/partnership in line with strategic objectives: partners procurement, project management with external agencies, ensuring the best execution
- Ensure accurate Marketing Budget management, defining & proactively managing budget allocations by Brand (monthly revisions, quarterly closures, Year-end closing) and ensure a regular and smooth alignment with international teams (Europe, Global) on key initiatives
- Proactively investigate market and consumer data to capture rising trends and insights. Deliver ad hoc analysis to deeply understand and share business dynamics and propose actions
- Keep alert on competitors’ activities (consumer promotions, events, new TVC) and new products, quickly gather information from web, sales and media partners and prepare integrated detailed report to share locally (Leadership Team) monthly and internationally (Global and Regional team)
- Deeply understand consumers and shoppers through international and local research

- Great analytical skills (Market data, Consumer data, P&L) and good knowledge of marketing techniques, Trade Marketing & Sales dynamics
- Great Project Management skills, with a good knowledge of digital platforms and Social Media dynamics and good knowledge & practical experience of Communications techniques
- Great relationship skills and ability to work as an integrated Team, with a strong sense of curiosity, ambition, and a quick ability to learn and adapt
- Fluent in both Italian and English (advanced)
