  • Comprehensive profile with diverse experiences and competencies across the entire marketing spectrum, including product development, insights/research, brand development and activation and brand communication.
  • Experience with local brands in the food & beverage with E2E approach would be advantageous.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

 

 

Position Summary

 

 

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Levissima brand plan, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sustainable business growth. Levissima brand is a local jewel, you’ll have the great opportunity to contribute to crafting and bringing to life the brand strategy, building on local insights and needs.

 

 

A day in the life of a Brand Manager Levissima

 

 

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the core product portfolio, analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, optimize assortment, and lead pack changes and renovations.
  • Consumer Insights: Lead market research and insight generation.
  • Consumer Promotions: Create and execute promotional plans to boost engagement, trial, loyalty, and short-term sales.
  • Brand & Content: Develop content and ensure consistent brand storytelling across all channels.
  • Media Strategy: Implement full-funnel media plans across traditional and digital channels.
  • Digital & CRM: Develop lower-funnel digital and data-driven strategies in collaboration with the CX team.
  • PR: Build impactful PR plans around brand initiatives and innovation.
  • Partnerships & Events: Manage collaborations, partnerships, and events to reinforce brand affinity.
  • Sustainability Projects: Integrate sustainability into product, packaging, communication, and long-term strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with innovation, finance, sustainability, consumer insight, trade marketing, and sales teams and planning and production teams.
  • Agency Management: Direct media, digital, and creative agencies to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  • P&L Management: Manage the brand budget, forecasts, and performance to meet financial targets.

 

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Solid experience in brand management, ideally in D2C or FMCG environments.
  • Strong capability in building brand strategy and equity across all touchpoints (ATL, BTL, digital).
  • Creative mindset and proficiency with tools used for brand development.
  • Experience managing media channels (TV, print, OOH, digital) across the full funnel.
  • Ability to lead PR activities and manage relationships with media and influencers.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Results-oriented, capable of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Innovative, curious, proactive and agile marketeer
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
