Position Summary

Contribute to the definition of the Acqua Panna global strategy and global brand plan, supporting the development of the brand communication, managing packaging projects and assisting local marketing teams all around the world in the implementation, to ensure consistency.

The Brand Manager reports into an International Senior Brand Leader.

 

A Day in the Life of International Brand Manager Acqua Panna

 

  • Identify and update global target consumer portrait, based on local research in the different markets;
  • Support the definition and activation of Brand Mission, Brand Essence, Brand architecture as key elements of the Global brand positioning;
  • Develop and manage Global Brand Guidelines and Global Packaging for special packs (e.g. Retail and HORECA Special Editions); work with local and international Packaging agencies; provide recommendations and guidelines to local countries for implementations;
  • Contribute to the development of the Acqua Panna global communication platform on multi-touch points (e.g. including delivery of communication assets toolkits). Support markets in local adaptations and implementations of global campaign. Work with global Communication agency and Digital team to nourish and elevate the brand equity;
  • Support local marketing teams in brand plan implementation, ensuring the global strategic alignment and the respect of the local needs, actively collaborating with markets and with the Countries & Channels Sales Development Team;
  • Support in bringing to life the sustainability promise of the Brand, supervising the purpose-led actions framework accordingly (e.g. leveraging our Tuscan heritage and our Natural Estate asset);
  • Collaborate actively with Packaging and Regulatory team;                                        
  • Collaborate actively with International Relation team for concept definition and implementation of global Brand Events (mainly with “Dual” approach - with Acqua Panna standing together with S.Pellegrino);
  • Collaborate actively with Innovation team and factory of Acqua Panna (Scarperia);
  • Coordinate cross functional teams and lead low-complexity innovation and renovation projects;
  • Contribute to develop the Acqua Panna global brand plan and the global guidelines to be presented during the Annual Global Council;
  • Ensure an effective management of Acqua Panna marketing expenses for global projects (communication, packaging, activations);
  • International exposure during international meeting and monthly calls with markets;
  • Responsible for brand training of newcomers in the International Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages community.
