Position Summary
The role supports the Commercial and Trade Asset Operations Manager managing the full lifecycle of professional machines within Nestlé Professional, from portfolio definition to market launch. It involves collaboration with suppliers, service centers, and sales teams to ensure performance and competitive positioning. Based in the Marketing & Trade Asset division, the position is part of a 3‑person team driving the development and growth of the machine offering.
A day in the life of a Junior Technical Product Manager
- Manage the full product lifecycle and define the machine portfolio aligned with channel strategy.
- Coordinate with sales teams, suppliers, and service centers to ensure top machine performance.
- Develop a unique selling proposition and support sales training to highlight key features.
- Analyze and leverage data to drive decisions on assortment, positioning, and commercial offers.
- Support the sales force in targeting high‑potential customers with the best value proposition.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service centers to ensure availability, support, and quality.
- Define and update product requirements based on business needs and user feedback.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and review commercial offers, monitor pricing, and track competitive dynamics.
- Plan and evaluate promotional activities, define the marketing mix, and allocate investments to maximize ROI.
