Position Summary

 

In this position, you will be part of the Nespresso marketing division, joining the Product Lifecycle Management team and reporting to the Senior Product Manager (Machines, Activation & Accessories). You will collaborate closely with the entire marketing function (Product, Brand, and CRM) and act as a key point of contact with primary stakeholders (mainly B2C sales, finance, and supply chain) with the aim to lead:

  1. The annual Coffee Promotions plan (Activations), coordinating the entire process execution (analysis and mechanics) to support the core business in line with company objectives.
  2. The Accessories category, defining the local product strategy regarding range build-up, pricing, and promotions in synergy with the Product team and all stakeholders.

 

 

A Day in the Life as Promotion, Activation & Accessories Specialist

 

Activations:

 

  • Work on campaign execution focusing on analytics metrics, consumer insights, business opportunities, and pre- and post-evaluation, with a strong analytical and fact-based approach.
  • Coordinate with B2C sales, Brand, and Operations teams to ensure the best execution across all channels (e-commerce, call center, boutiques).
  • Manage the dedicated marketing budget and P&L for every campaign

 

Accessories:

 

  • Manage the category  a 360° to lead the local go-to-market strategy, including portfolio reviews and analysis, new launch processes, pricing matrix, and promotional plans.
  • Collaborate with the International team to inspire and propose new collections based on local needs.
  • Coordinate multifunctional teams for complex projects (e.g., Black Friday campaign).
  • Manage reports (weekly, monthly) and Power BI dashboards to monitor business results effectively.

  • Master’s degree in economics, marketing, or a similar field.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in managing complex projects.
