  • Role based in Italy (Assago)
  • Fluent English required. Italian is a plus
  • Permanent, full-time position

YOUR MISSION


You will lead the development and performance of the international brands portfolio, ensuring profitable growth and strong execution across markets.
• Drive portfolio development and contribute to growth strategy across markets
• Co-build ambitious and consistent commercial plans with markets (innovation, pricing, investments…)
• Ensure alignment and local adaptation of global brand plans
• Monitor performance, define KPIs and implement corrective actions
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects across the organisation
• Manage, coach and develop team members

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong experience in marketing, trade marketing or sales in an international environment
  • Proven ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and results-driven mindset
  • Solid understanding of business dynamics (finance, supply, operations)
  • Leadership, collaboration mindset and ability to work in complex environments
  • Fluent English. Italian and/or French language(s) is/are a plus
