Position Summary

 

You will be part of Nespresso marketing team, joining the Product lifecycle team of 9 people reporting to the B2C&B2B Marketing Manager.

You will work closely with many other departments of the whole Nespresso team to ensure the marketing strategy for all the B2B customers .

In this role, you will design marketing go to market omnichannel strategy, managing the product range and the commercial policy, while ensuring a consistent marketing plan at 360 degrees, guarantee a comprehensive strategy in collaboration with B2B Communication Manager, and Lifecycle team .

You ‘ll lead a team of two Product managers, one focused on Office customers and one on the Horeca segment.

 

 

 A day in the life of Product Manager B2B

 

  • Develop and execute Nespresso B2B Product and go to market strategy working on commercial policy and special project for Italy market, considering the omnichannel perimeter, and designing a specific strategy for each channel: Operators, Agents, and Direct sales
  • Design in collaboration with the 2 B2B Product managers the strategy and the action for both Office and Horeca Cannels
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, CRM and customer experience, and Marketing insight to guarantee e coherent plan
  • Collaborate with B2B Trade Marketing & Sales, Data & Insights, Finance, Nespresso HQ team, to understand market dynamics and customer behavior, create a relevant strategy, ensure effective execution and alignment with sales objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Participate in channel & customers strategy development process and ensure the commercial plan is executed in line with the strategy
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in executing the go to market strategy and special projects, including kick-off and sign-off meetings
  • Manage 2 FTE, driving their grow through mentorship and upskilling
  • Provide regular reporting, highlighting performance about main business KPI to identify opportunities for optimization the B2B Product & Promo budget
  • Manage the B2B product budget
