Position Summary

The candidate will have the opportunity to support the Levissima brand team in developing and executing the local strategy of the brand for the Italian market. In this role you will support both the Core Brand Manager and the Innovation Brand Manager working on the entire Levissima range.

 

A day in the life of...

  • Track and actively monitor of brand performances and competition (sell in and sell out data)
  • Support in brand digital asset development (social platforms/website) within the brand strategy and with a great focus on materials related to new communication campaign. Management of relationships with external agencies and cross-functional internal team (media&digital)
  • Support in developing of point of sales materials and consumer contests and with a special focus on new Levissima look&feel in the stores, in cooperation with Trade marketing team
  • Support in PR traditional activities (coordination, review and tracking of press releases developed directly by the PR agency and product seeding organization) and digital PR (coordination in the execution and support to the cross-functional communication team dedicated) to support the new communication ecosystem development
  • Support the LEVISSIMA ISSIMA strategy in terms of licensing, packaging, point of sales materials, consumer activities and digital&PR communication platform.
  • Support in the execution of Innovation/Renovation projects with a special focus on packaging; management of relationships with external suppliers to support the development of new creativity/special editions (packaging agencies and printers), management of the internal procedure to approve the new packaging design (with the factory/R&D and regulatory), and responsible for the code creations.
  • Support in event and sponsorship management and implementation and development of consumer engagement mechanics related to both core range and innovation/renovation projects (Water+). Management of relationships with external agencies, logistic, cross-functional internal team (trade marketing and sales) and external partners.
  • Support in administrative tasks such as code creations, orders creations with external purchasers, shipments execution and support for the coordination of internal procedures for material orders to external partners. Management of relationship with procurement and legal team.
