On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position Summary
The eAccount Manager proactively lead customer relationship as key account to improve satisfaction, Track and drive performance improvement (Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement Initiatives, liaising with operational teams and business stakeholders) Monitor and share Content Services & Content Hub master asset adoption and performance
Collect customer feedback and propose solutions for improvement, Prepare and drive MOR + QBR with key partners.
Shift: 08h - 18h Monday to Friday
A day in the life of...
The eAccount Manager acts as a key driver of the eBusiness Strategy in the Global Transformation of Nestlé by enabling the activation of IMS’ in-house solution 'Content Services' and supporting Markets/Businesses along the Product Content lifecycle (E.g Creation, Adaptation, Distribution and Monitoring of Product eContent Assets accross all touchpoints). The Content Services brings marketing scalability, automation, cost efficiency, and speed to markets. Drive business growth (adoption/volume/scope)
What will make you successful...
- Advanced English required;
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to negociate and mediate conflicts;
- Experience in managing business and stakeholders in corporate multicultural environment;
- Experience working with design projects and 3D (CGI) design projects;
- Solid knowledge of visual Content Production in high volumes in a digital ecosystem;
- Strong Commercial skills;
- Knowledge of various content adaptation techniques for different formats such as 3D design, video, static images, and dynamic content, to oversee the production process effectively as well as the tools and software used in content production deliveries (Adobe Creative Suite and 3D CGI tools);
- Solid knowledge of data analytics to understand and analyze production metrics and KPIs;
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools;
- Experience of cost management/finance;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
- Strong presentation and/or selling skills;
- Experience in the creative/media/advertising production/agency is a plus;
