In Paraguay we are two Nestlé units:  Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.  On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position Summary 

The Quality and Training Specialist is responsible for all CES LATAM quality, therefore, the person must ensure that operations have similar methodologies, define KPIs and quality methodologies, implement tools that facilitate communication of training with assistants, contact and direction of stakeholders.

 

 

A day in the life of... 

 

  • Creation of monitoring standards, quality worksheet and monitoring;
  • Generation of analytics, reporting standards and ways of working;
  • Monitoring of training and quality KPIs;
  • Gap analysis and action to improve the KPIs of both areas (quality and training);
  • Participation in MORs and action plans to recover KPIs;
  • Hold meetings, organize training and indicators, and route correction;
  • Guidance for the analyst team on all of the above topics (Technical Focal Point);
  • Leading cross-team benchmarking meetings to accelerate continuous process improvement;

 

What will make you successful...

 

  • Experience working with quality: monitoring, NPS research and training methodologies;
  • Graduation: administration, nutrition, marketing, communication or related areas;
  • Experience in training process, focus on Consumer Services;
  • Knowledge of the routines and procedures of the journey and consumer experience;
  • Knowledge of Engage (Salesforce) / Magento (Ecommerce Solution) / SAP system will be considered a plus;
  • Advanced English is mandatory;
  • Quality and Training skills | Ability to teaching and training people;
  • Experience in training process, focus on Consumer Services;
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsibility, proactive attitude and ability to work in a team in a mostly virtual environment;
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly (both verbal and written) with analytical and data-driven mindset;
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement processes and agile methodology tools will be considered a plus.
