Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position Summary

The Brand Performance service line from Integrated Marketing Services area acts as an extension of the communication and marketing areas in the markets, carrying out activities on different fronts, working to ensure the success of the Nestlé brands and their digital strategies, accompanying the markets with brands analysis, campaign reports, ad-hoc studies, among others, to support decision making.

The IMS Analyst is responsible for supporting the operational organization, being the main communication point between the market and the NBS team, translating their needs and demands for the team. In charge of reports, especially those of greater complexity and to support other lines of activities.

 

A day in the life of...

Development of deep insights for the different markets and categories.
Manage and update team's workplan of daily activities and deliverables.
Organize and accompany junior associates in their operational tasks with supervision of the People Manager and Analysts. Ensure operational activities and requests from market are processed accurately and timely according to the service level agreements (SLA’s) and performance indicators (KPI's).
Publishing on social media
Tool's setup (custom filters, keywords development, queries, dashboards, contact support..)
Identification of improvement opportunities for both deliverables and the team's workflow.

 

What will make you successful

1 year of experience working in Digital and Social Media. Analytical profile, strong knowledge of how Social Media platforms work

Specific hands-on experience with social media listening tools

Excel and Meta Business  knowledge
Reporting skills (data visualizations, data storytelling, insights and accurate analysis).
Strong sense of urgency and responsibility, proactive attitude and ability to work in a team in a mostly virtual environment. Self-management. Understanding of social listening from a business perspective.
An intermediate knowledge of English.
