A DAY IN THE LIFE…
1. Medical Communication Materials Development with Complete Execution (End to End Process)
-
Translate annual IFFO brand plan to communication strategy based on patients and HCP insights, medical/treatment/compliance guidelines, and competitive landscape.
-
Have an insightful knowledge and be the master for Do’s Don’ts under Nestle Policy, WHO CODE, Milk Act for communication material and service items development.
-
Lead projects and manage timeline to make sure materials are delivered on-time in full capacity with impact to business.

Be a key contact person of communication material & service items with procurement and supplier.
-
Keep tracking record and ensure completed document-sign on received (or) evidence of completed receive (document is completely done) in filing
2. HCP Engagement for Recommendation Drive
-
Build relationship with KOL, key prescribers, and key decision makers to drive awareness and
-
recommendations for brands
-
Make it a discipline to conduct field visits to understand local insights/ tension by region in order to support medical team necessary tools to help unlock limitations.
3. Lead Visibility to support in medical activation (End-to-End process)
-
Develop visibility based on brand team brief
-
Ensure on equity design and comply with internal guidelines
-
Develop additional element design for visibility and finish artwork to delivery to team as plan
4. Lead FOC for product replacement and sample for listing of assigned brands
-
Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, CDT and DKSH Healthcare team to open FOC of Product for Medical, CRM and trade samples
-
Know the requirement (date, time cut off) to ensure on-time delivery
-
Prepare required document/ order FOC based on brand team brief, and monitor time delivery (follow up WH Wangnoi/Bangna)

Keep tracking record and ensure completed document-sign on received (or) evidence of completed receive (document is completely done) in filing
5. Monitoring SOP/Circulation to ensure completed approval (IFFO)
-
Ensure that all IFFO & CRM SOP/ Circulation is completed on approval process, no pending in the system
-
Submit circulation for multiple brands item

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.

4-5 years of experience in medical marketing, preferably in Nutrition Business

Excellent command in English
