- Design and implement innovative member acquisition and retention strategies to drive long-term consumer loyalty.
- Align CRM initiatives with business objectives, marketing themes, and overall brand strategy.
- Create personalized consumer experiences to enhance engagement across all touchpoints.
Innovative Member Recruitment & Retention Programs
- Leverage data-driven insights to enhance recruitment strategies and personalize user engagement.
- Create innovative campaigns to attract new users, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Digital & Omni-Channel Consumer Engagement
- Develop and implement integrated digital programs that connect online and offline experiences.
- Optimize CRM engagement through multi-channel platforms, including social media (Facebook, TikTok, Line, Open Chat,).
Consumer Insights & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Track and analyze consumer behavior patterns, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to guide marketing and management teams.
- Monitor emerging trends and leverage real-time data to continuously improve engagement strategies.
TikTok Shop Affiliate Management
- Develop and execute a TikTok affiliate marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales conversion.
- Identify, recruit, and manage BA influencers, creators, and affiliate partners to promote products effectively.
- Implement performance-driven campaigns, leveraging TikTok's affiliate tools, shopping features, and advertising solutions.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics, ensuring high ROI and continuous sales growth.
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and consumer behaviors to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall CRM, digital, and promotional strategies.
Promotional & Educational Support
- Develop, organize, and implement CRM materials to educate and engage consumers.
- Ensure all promotional campaigns are designed to increase user base and retain existing customers.
- Work closely with marketing to design content that enhances brand affinity and credibility.
Word-of-Mouth (WOM) & Advocacy Development
- Create and manage WOM communication strategies to drive organic growth.
- Implement referral programs, influencer partnerships, and UGC (User-Generated Content) initiatives.
- Monitor brand sentiment and engagement across digital platforms.
CRM Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Establish a system for measuring the effectiveness of CRM programs, tracking key metrics of engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Continuously optimize and refine CRM initiatives based on performance data.
- Develop predictive models to forecast consumer trends and personalize outreach efforts.
Budget Management & Efficiency Optimization
- Manage, control, and optimize the CRM budget to ensure cost-effective execution.
Database Management & Compliance
- Develop, maintain, and continuously update the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.
- Ensure all consumer engagement initiatives comply with local regulations and data privacy laws.
- Implement data security measures and best practices to protect consumer information.

ARE YOU A FIT?
- University Degree in Business Administration other related fields.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Relationship Management is preferrable.
- Experience in digital media channels reporting and insights.
- Good command of English and Thai.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills and project management skills.
