Position Summary
We are looking for an Associated Marketing Manager to join our CPW SEE Marketing team. In this role, you will take the lead in executing Regional and SEE plans for the Adriatic and Bulgaria markets, focusing on specific segments of our portfolio.

A day in the life of Associated Marketing Manager CPW ADR & BG
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the local environment in the assigned country, including micro and macro prospects, competition, and trade dynamics. Regularly monitor market and category data, including pricing, and conduct market visits.
- Ensure that ICP1 and Pre-plans at the ADB level are well-aligned with the SEE Long Term Plan, with a focus on ADB Plan Makers.
- Develop and support strategic and tactical plans at the local level, ensuring that local brand strategies and activations are in alignment with regional and global CPW brand plans.
- Take responsibility for creating and presenting the local marketing strategy (ICP1) to Distributors. Engage with Distributors' commercial teams in regular monthly meetings to facilitate the implementation of local initiatives.
- Manage the communication of CPW Marketing and Brand Plans to internal stakeholders (e.g. NiM).
- Oversee portfolio management by tracking portfolio and brand development, and proposing necessary actions.
- New Product initiatives - identify and exploit new product initiatives by analyzing market and consumer research data. Coordinate the process for new launches from the initiation to the shelf placement.
- Lead and supervise artwork and packaging design development from the brief to the industrial production.
- Lead local brand communication planning and execution, sharing best practices with the Regional team and propose actions for business improvement.
- Prepare marketing campaigns briefs (media briefs, creative, influencer briefs, etc.), supervise the process in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
- Collaborate with the media agency to develop actionable media strategies and plans.
- Ensure compliance with local and EU regulations throughout all communications, both in creative content and media.
- Develop key visuals for POS Materials in alignment with respective Global brand guidelines.
- Communicate and coordinate with BTL agencies for all consumer promotional activities.
- Plan and control the budget, ensuring accurate monthly follow-up on PR, PO, and GR processes for the respective brand.
- Prepare regular monthly Nielsen market analyses for respective brands and present findings to internal and external stakeholders, including Distributors.
- Manage Consumer Engagement platforms in collaboration with E-Business leads, focusing on website performance and e-content creation.
What will make you successful?
- You have a university degree in relevant field (Marketing, Business management) and at least 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
- You have advanced knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
- You are a good communicator, with confidence in giving presentations.
- You are a proactive person with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- You are good at multitasking, with strong project management skills.
