Position Summary

As a Brand Manager Coffee, you will be responsible for supporting coffee business growth by developing our pure soluble brands (NESCAFÉ Classic, NESCAFÉ GOLD, NESCAFÉ Crema), building the local strategy and plans, implementing marketing activities and leading SEE marketing projects.

A day in the life of Brand Manager Coffee
- Closely cooperate with local commercial teams to build an understanding of local reality in the countries of responsibility, follow-up market & category data, perform consumer / shopper ad hoc researches, generate insights for Pure soluble coffee growth.
- Develop local strategy behind the brands and the portfolio, in alignment with Zone and SEE priorities, prepare plan and organize the calendar of activities per market, communicate effectively with all internal functions and external partners to ensure smooth and excellent executions of all brand initiatives within approved budgets.
- Actively participate in regular business reviews, supervise local executions, follow up Brand/Product/SKU performance (volume, distribution, pricing, etc.), and build with CDT/Sales aligned short-term plans to maximize category opportunities.
- Participate in and lead projects for Renovations and Innovations, coordinate with Zone, producing factories and all internal functions to ensure excellent projects planning, execution and pre and post evaluations.
- Lead product design development from brief, through proactive coordination internally (incl. Zone) and externally (factories, their vendors) to get final approvals on time.
- Lead the end-to-end local marketing media process for ATL/BTL/PR/Internal communiations marketing activities (ex. Media strategy, media briefings, plans approval, post-evaluation analyses), ensure best-in-class media assets creation and most effective media campaigns through close cooperation with internal functions and external partners.
- Manage own brand assets: follow-up performance and develop activities on respective web sites and social media accounts, coordinate with Coffee eBus Mgr and agencies.
- Manage marketing budget: plan and execute monthly controls to ensure budget investment accuracy, perform post-campaign evaluations to maximize return of investment.
- Be the PSC local SPOC by ensuring all marketing and product knowledge transfers and brand and objectives story-telling to respective internal (ex. supporting functions, Sales, CDT, etc.) and external (ex. Customers, Distributors, agencies, etc.) stakeholders.

- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience and an university degree in marketing, communicaitons, or other related area.
- You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
- You are advanced user of MS Office package/SAP, and are a tech-savy, always searching solutions to challenge positively and improve the ways of working.
