Legal Advisor  

(temporary replacement) 

 

  

Position Summary 

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Legal Advisor to join our Legal team in Belgrade. In this role, you will provide day-to-day legal support across the South Adriatic region (Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia), partnering closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing and other corporate functions. 

 

A day in the life of a Legal Advisor  

 

  • Drafting, reviewing and approving a wide range of agreements (sales, procurement, lease, logistics, sponsorships, donations and other business contracts). 

  • Providing legal guidance and support for marketing initiatives and campaigns. 

  • Supporting Sales teams during contract preparation and negotiations, as well as advising on regulatory requirements and implementation of new legislation. 

  • Preparing corporate documentation including management decisions, amendments to corporate acts and registrations of corporate changes. 

  • Monitoring legislative developments and supporting alignment of internal policies and business practices with applicable regulations. 

  • Providing legal opinions and day-to-day support to various business functions. 

  • Representing the company in communication with courts and public authorities and preparing legal submissions. 

  • Collaborating with external legal advisors and coordinating external support when needed. 

  • Preparing and delivering internal trainings, particularly in the area of competition law and compliance. 

 

What will make you successful? 

 

  • University degree in Law with minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in similar legal roles. 

  • Passed Bar exam 

  • Experience in a corporate environment, knowledge of competition law and experience supporting commercial and sales teams are considered a strong advantage. 

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach to business partnering. 

  •  Fluency in English and Serbian.
