Location: Remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, NJ.

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

This role will serve as the marketing lead for the Nestle Microbiome Franchise, presently focused on recurrent c.diff, including, but not limited to, the ongoing assessment and translation of marketplace trends and data into meaningful insights and will drive development and evolution of launch excellence, go-to-market strategy for new indications, market and competitive intelligence for the US microbiome Rx portfolio. 

 

Manage business & financial simulations at a corporate level for senior management decision support regarding prioritization and activation of internal or business development driven initiatives.  
Identifies, develops & manages process to consistently provide HCP prescriber targets, aligned with marketing & sales strategies, that are independently vetted separate from sales force inputs.  
Leads planning and targeting strategies in collaboration with Sales division and new business development implementations.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Increase the organization’s agility and responsiveness by collecting, sharing and providing recommendations on marketplace, customer and competitive insight/threats to Sr. Management, RxLT and Sales teams across all channels & customer types
  • Identifies, develops & implement process to provide high quality HCP prescriber targets aligned with marketing strategies. Inform sales strategies for implementation
  • Manage business & financial simulations at a corporate level for senior management decision support regarding account and initiative prioritization and activation
  • Leads evaluation of healthcare and competitive landscape, identifying insights impacting brand and channel strategy execution
  • Leads advanced planning, analysis, solution development and communication of healthcare market trends in support of internal strategies, new business development opportunities and market growth & optimization assessments
  • Assist Sales division in identifying potential trends in sales force execution, the marketplace and influence evolution in strategy and deployment. Share key learnings, best practices to help shape strategies
  • Partner with Market Access and Sales divisions to help evolve prescriber and payer strategies, new business opportunities and value propositions across the care continuum
  • Partner with Business Development to manage business & financial simulations at a corporate level for senior management decision support regarding account and initiative prioritization and activation
  • Serves as interface between sales execution and marketing strategies with new business wins and product. Actively participates in all relevant meetings
  • Manage the coordination of customer prioritizations and relevant marketing messages
  • Provides detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual product plan/forecast build, dashboards and channel-specific sales aids specific to new business wins and product launches
  • Works closely with cross-functional internal partners in Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Development, Innovation & Renovation, and Business Operations to coordinate the timely execution of all new product and new business sales programs and initiatives
  • Knowledge of business to create a critical, fresh look at key processes and focus on optimizing organizational performance; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations

 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related medical field
  • 8+ years’ experience in Marketing Commercial Operations including strategy development, execution, and measurement in pharma/medical industry
  • Managing transversal business activities, successfully working in international and cross-functional matrix environments
  • This position will require up to 30% travel

 

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • MBA strongly preferred
  • Broad multi-functional experience including experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations and/or Account Management 
  • Ability to develop strategy and plans with the greatest business impact collaboratively with internal and external partners
  • Proven track record of execution excellence

Salary: $171,355.50 to $213,201.00 per year
