CRM Data Analyst, this is your challenge
Do you have a passion for data, insights, and coffee? Do you want to work together with energized teams towards the most performing plans for the Belux market? By joining our CX&I team, you will be in charge of customers insights, be the database guardian and also further optimize our analytics corner.
A day in the life of a CRM Data Analyst:
- In charge of monthly B2C & B2B CRM reporting from basic KPIs to forecasting net acquisition.
- Perform statistical analysis through different tools (Nespresso is working with Adobe, Knime, Snowflake, PowerBI) and present recommendations to the business.
- Optimize analytical worklfows through automation and forecasting with pre-built data science tools.
- Maintain DataHub knowledge & documentation, share best pratices and be the first point of contact locally.
- Lead & implement the new Martech solution followed by continuous improvement in usage & roll-out.
- Lead yearly deep dives across departments (collect requests, time & build & deliver analytics to stakeholders).
- Adhoc analysis for internal departments (boutique, e-sales, trade, B2B), both re-actively and pro-actively.
Meet the team:
The Nespresso Marketing team consists of 17 persons operating in 4 distinct teams: Brand, Product, B2B and Customer experience & insights. You would be part of the later one which is a dynamic analytical team of 5 persons. The CX&I team collaborates with all the departments (Channels, Demand & supply, B2C,..) to nurture the company with insights thanks to Nespresso’s direct to consumer model. Our team is also the guardian of net acquisition and subscription on top of insights.
What will make you successful:
- Degree in mathematics/statistics, or economic studies with large quantitative component.
- More than 3 years of experience in data / analytics related activities in a business-oriented environment.
- Understand SQL language & Snowflake (or having experience in coding).
- Master OS office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Power BI.
- You have an open mindset and enjoy discovering new tools & approaches.
- Knowledge about Adobe campaign and Adobe experience platform is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French AND English is mandatory.
