As CMIA Lead, you will be the voice of the consumer within the organization. By transforming data, research and trends into clear insights and compelling stories, you will shape brand strategies, fuel innovation and enable better decisions across all categories in Benelux.
As Consumer and Market Insights Lead, you have the following responsibilities:
- Act as the strategic insight partner for Benelux category and brand teams, embedding consumer and shopper understanding into decision‑making.
- Design and lead qualitative and quantitative research projects in line with Nestlé insight methodologies.
- Maximize the value of syndicated data sources and ensure best‑practice use across teams.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive brand and category growth strategies.
- Support brand teams in applying consumer understanding throughout the full marketing cycle.
- Manage the annual research roadmap in collaboration with Zone Europe and above‑market teams.
- Ensure consistent storage, sharing and activation of consumer learnings across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, media, digital and data teams to connect insights to execution.
As CMIA Lead you report to the Marketing Lead and you are part of the Marketing department of Nestlé Benelux.
What we are looking for in our Consumer and Market Insights Lead
- At least 5 years of experience in consumer insights, market research or analytics, ideally in FMCG or at a research agency;
- Strong hands‑on experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies;
- Proven ability to synthesize data into clear insights and persuasive stories;
- Solid understanding of brand building and marketing decision processes;
- Strong analytical skills combined with commercial awareness;
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills;
- Curiosity, rigor and a passion for understanding consumers and shoppers;
- Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French.

- hybrid (remote) work arrangement - structural homeworking between 40% and 60% (on monthly basis), with 1 fixed team-day and up to 2 flex-days;
