Position overview
We are looking for a new Digital Activation specialist who will report directly to the Digital Activations & Optimization Manager and will be a part of the eCommerce Team of Nespresso Belgilux.

Position Summary
Your mission is to oversee and coordinate the digital activation of new product launches and major local & global campaigns, ensuring flawless execution across all digital channels. You ensure that product pages, promotional mechanics, and supporting content go live on time and deliver a seamless user experience that drives conversion and customer engagement.
A day in the life of a Digital Activations Specialist
- ensure a smooth, contextual, and relevant customer journey across all eCommerce platforms, including desktop, mobile site, and app,
- optimize and enrich all product detail pages to maximize clarity, engagement, and conversion,
- drive performance on Product Listing Pages by optimizing assortment presentation, filters, product availability, and merchandising rules to maximize conversion and discoverability,
- manage digital assets and content to support global and local campaign activities, ensuring both B2B and B2C websites leverage best-in-class practices, content, and features,
- prepare briefings for our agency when needed, and ensure thorough follow-up so that all launches are delivered on time and meet Nespresso’s expected quality standards,
- provide clear briefings to our operational team for all required updates on the website and app, ensuring smooth and accurate implementation.
What will make you successful
- relevant academic background with solid web expertise and hands-on experience in digital and eCommerce activities, including content management and optimization,
- proficient in CMS platforms, with the ability to manage and update digital content efficiently,
- strong organizational skills within a commercial environment, combined with excellent stakeholder management capabilities,
- passionate about eCommerce and its continuous evolution,
- fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French required.

- hybrid (remote) work arrangement - structural homeworking between 40% and 60% (on monthly basis), with 1 fixed team-day and up to 2 flex-days/
