Position Summary
As Marketing Manager Nutrition BNL, you are responsible for driving the marketing strategy across all product ranges and brands, focused on lifelong Nutrition: from the parenthood journey for infants and toddlers, to young adults and beyond.
A day in the life of a Marketing Manager Nutrition
- Develop deep consumer journey knowledge and share it effectively with relevant cross-functional stakeholders.
- Create engaging brand experiences for consumers when and where they are most receptive to category contacts.
- Develop a consumer and shopper experience plan in collaboration with Category/channel and Customer teams.
- Lead the digital transformation in healthcare professional communication.
- Integrate the digital transformation throughout the consumer journey in line with the developed touchpoint plan.
- Demonstrate leadership and facilitate the development of the team.
- Develop strong, functionally aligned Nutrition Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) plans.
- Assist in the development of the Marketing Business Strategy (MBS) and ensure outstanding execution.
What will make you successful
- min. 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a Sales or Commercial Development/Trade Marketing function within the FMCG sector.
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
- Strong digital expertise and experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.
- Core knowledge of Nestlé's principles and expert knowledge in marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to influence with integrity and a good interpersonal skill set.
- A proactive "can-do" attitude and courage to drive change.
