Position Summary
We are looking for a Brand Manager Omnichannel Brands to join our Purina Petcare business. You will develop and execute marketing plans within allocated budget to ensure that objectives are achieved.
A day in the life of Brand Manager Omnichannel Brands:
- Leads the annual local Brand Plans and calendars for strategic brands in line with Z-EUR Brand Plans.
- Acts as cluster representative for one of the region's leading brands.
- Continuously builds expertise on Innovation / Renovation process.
- Works to identify local opportunities, proposes, gets local approval from cross-functional team, initiates and follows-up on the process.
- Has an in-depth knowledge of products from a nutritional point of view and conducts product training for veterinarians, customers and team members.
- Develops a deep understanding of consumer / buyer behaviors, the competitive environment and its implications on the Brand, both online and offline.
- Follows the performance indicators of the category, including market coverage, volume, value, level of penetration / impact, level of brand awareness.
- Initiates briefs to Z-EUR for local communication projects. Ensure implementation after approval aiming for Z-EUR best practice recognition.
- Coordinates regional campaigns or initiatives.
- Builds the annual media briefing in line with Brand Plans and available budgets.
- Manages high level of investments and compelx calendar of initiatives.
- Monitors the prices of own products and competition products and signals changes and proposes actions in line with the Brand's objectives.
What will make you successful?
- 3+ years experience in Brand Management
- Exceptional project management and attention to details
- Data driven mindset with experience using competitive analysis, user research and inustry trends to create marketing initiatives that convert
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful marketing campaigns and product launches
- Previous experience in digital (search, CRM, e-commerce)
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, advanced user of MS Office package.
- Experience in FMCG is preferred.
