Position Summary

We are looking for a Brand Manager Omnichannel Brands to join our Purina Petcare business. Being Brand Manager at Nestlé is not just about being an ambassador for globally recognized, well-loved brands - it’s an opportunity to become part of a large passionate team with an inimitable track record. You will develop and execute marketing plans within allocated budget to ensure that objectives are achieved.

 

A day in the life of Brand Manager Omnichannel Brands:

  • Leads the annual local Brand Plans and calendars for strategic brands in line with Z-EUR Brand Plans.
  • Acts as cluster representative for one of the region's leading brands.
  • Continuously builds expertise on Innovation / Renovation process.
  • Works to identify local opportunities, proposes, gets local approval from cross-functional team, initiates and follows-up on the process.
  • Has an in-depth knowledge of products from a nutritional point of view and conducts product training for veterinarians, customers and team members.
  • Develops a deep understanding of consumer / buyer behaviors, the competitive environment and its implications on the Brand, both online and offline.
  • Follows the performance indicators of the category, including market coverage, volume, value, level of penetration / impact, level of brand awareness.
  • Initiates briefs to Z-EUR for local communication projects. Ensure implementation after approval aiming for Z-EUR best practice recognition. 
  • Coordinates regional campaigns or initiatives.
  • Builds the annual media briefing in line with Brand Plans and available budgets.
  • Manages high level of investments and compelx calendar of initiatives.
  • Monitors the prices of own products and competition products and signals changes and proposes actions in line with the Brand's objectives.

 

What will make you successful?

  • 3+ years experience in Brand Management 
  • Exceptional project management and attention to details  
  • Data driven mindset with experience using competitive analysis, user research and inustry trends to create marketing initiatives that convert
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Previous experience in digital (search, CRM, e-commerce) 
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, advanced user of MS Office package.
  • Experience in FMCG is preferred.
