Position Summary
 

Ensures business support for the Portioned team on NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto webshop, Portioned coffee brands websites, flawless and compliant budget management.

 

A day in the life of a Nescafé Dolce Gusto Digital and Business Support...
 

  • Supports the Portioned team in the areas of NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto webshop, NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto, Starbucks and NESCAFÉ Farmers Origins websites, budget management for the whole Portioned business, and takes part in other projects and initiatives upon agreement.
  • Ensures a flawless webshop operation by handling the operational system of NDG webshop (Magento) and by cooperating with the cross functional team including marketing team, Demand and Supply Planning, Warehouse team, IT, CEE regional and Zone teams. Organizes pre-defined activations and monitors, evaluates their performance. Monitors inventory levels and coordinates restocking. Oversees daily operations of the webshop, ensures a seamless shopper experience, helps to resolve shopper inquiries and complaints and issues related to online orders.
  • Organizes website operation for the 3 assigned websites, implements and maintains relevant website solutions and features updates, provides potential translation tasks upon requirements. Tracks website performance with agreed KPIs, maintains analytics framework and provides ongoing reporting. Ensures compliance to Nestlé Group defined policies by running regular audits and assessments.
  • Keeps control over the Portioned marketing budget. Sets up budget in SAP and tracks expenditures, creates and processes purchase orders in accordance with company policies and upon the ask of team members. Checks and aligns budget reports with line manager to ensure budget compliance. Liaises with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services and ensures a flawless year closing.
  • Undertakes other executional tasks in reporting, supports various ad hoc projects and initiatives as required and agreed. Maintains accurate records and documentation related to all activities.


What will make you successful?


 

  • 3-5 year in a business support or administrative role, potentially including website/webshop admin support or management, experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Good knowledge in Digital Marketing and brand marketing, familiarity with e-commerce platforms and webshop management, good understanding of social media and adveritising landscape.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Digital Literacy, affinity to digital technologies, while respecting the relevant legislation and rights of third parties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, precisity.
