Title: A&P coordinator

Location: Cairo, Egypt

 

Position Summary:

Streamline and control the co-packing & POSM production & sampling plans as well as the brand activations/OOH events as per the category direction

Coordinate and ensure proper implementation across the above 3 pillars  (excellence in execution)

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Ensure that all PT (Product Transformation) forms are received as per the SOP, in accordance to the promotional plan for the following months.
  • Create request for P-code creation whenever required and follow-up with NME for the timely execution
  • Attend weekly meetings with Demand planner, Logistics Supervisor, Sales support and Event Planning Mgr to:
  • Ensure that all planned promotions are being completed accordingly and aligned with all stakeholders.
  • Analyze stock coverage to ensure that production plans are covering the extra demand. Manage consumption of any of the components, when there are any discrepancies, and coordinate to ensure a solution is found.
  • Create brief for the specific promotion that will contain all details for the successful execution of the manipulation to ensure that the co-packer develops the promo pack according to our needs and that is available for sale when requested by the CDTs.
  • Get quotations for every specific job that should be aligned to the price list in the contract.
  • Get samples before starting mass-production and get approval from the Channel Managers, Sales Managers, and General Business Manager.
  • Follow-up and ensure that agreed timelines are being kept. 
  • Manage any exceptions and changes in timing to avoid out of stock.
  • Share promotional plan 6 months in advance and plan accordingly.
  • Coordinate the cancellation of a promotional activity, and avoid any unnecessary additional costs incurred to Nestlé.
  • Provide samples to the trade team for all promotions and new SKUs one month prior to in market sales.
  •  Ensuring adherence to Sampling & Events SOP, Activity Calendars and budgets
  • Responsible for selecting, briefing, training and coaching the promoters on the designated activities and evaluating performance.
  • Responsible to supervise the implementation of the sampling activity and to evaluate and provide a monthly feedback on the implementation
  • Prepare a consolidated report on all brands merging findings of data received form agencies based on the field visits reports
  • Consolidate IDP (Initiative deployment plan) M-1
  • Responsible to create CB for all POSM and ensure adherence to the rate card(preferred suppliers).
  • Ensure that the POSM/stands requested are implemented as per the implementation plan
  • Follow-up on consumption on POSM according to plan and update all stakeholders to ensure the proper utilization and minimize wastage
  • Execution of all related P2P End to End processes
  • Clear all P2P related issues with NBS
  • Follow up on suppliers enquiries, pending invoices, supplier extension and creation.
  • Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes. Ensure as well compliance with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that Nestlé marketing and sales personnel will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • University Graduate. 1-2 years of similar experience or in Marketing is preferred
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word; SAP P2P in Globe
  • The ideal candidate should be results focused, insightful, service oriented, and proactive.
