Position Summary
We’re looking for a Graphic Producer to join our IMS in Cairo. This person will be part of the Content Services Adaptation team and will be responsible for the creative adaptation and localization of Nestlé’s global content. This includes ensuring high-quality execution of digital and print materials across various platforms such as digital banners, videos, retail digital media, and point-of-sale assets (digital & print), all while maintaining Nestlé’s brand identity and global guidelines.

A day in the life of...
Working with our IMS Content Services global team and directly with our Production Managers, the Graphic Producer’s scope of work includes:

  • Adapting and modifying global content assets (digital, video, POS, retail media) to meet local market requirements while ensuring brand consistency and compliance with global guidelines
  • Performing graphic design activities such as image retouching, resizing, and reformatting for various publishing channels
  • Re-purposing existing master assets to create localized versions of POS materials, Retail Digital Media, and video content based on order form specifications
  • Supporting video editing tasks, including motion graphics, transitions, and delivery in formats such as animation, GIF, and HTML5
  • Ensuring brand compliance and readiness for multi-market deployment
  • Utilizing Generative AI tools and automation plugins to streamline repetitive production tasks such as retouching, format resizing, and content variations, always in alignment with IMS and Legal guidelines
  • Collecting and documenting pre-flight CreativeX scores to ensure creative quality and compliance
  • Collaborating closely with the Content Services Production Manager and Content Services Lead to align on priorities, resolve issues, and continuously improve tools and workflows
  • Partnering with the Support team to troubleshoot technical challenges and contribute to tool enhancements

 

 



What will make you successful

  • Experience of minimum of 3 years in content production, art direction, graphic design
  • Ability to quickly interpret and apply Nestlé’s Brand Guidelines to ensure brand consistency
  • Conceptual and design thinking applied to adaptation and localization tasks
  • Clear communication and presentation of creative outputs to internal stakeholders and markets
  • Great knowledge and experience in working with Adobe Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Frame.io)
  • Good to Know: Generative AI tools for adaptation and localization such as Firefly, Dragonfly, and Storyteq
  • Solid understanding of design terminology, technical specifications, and compatibility requirements
  • Familiarity with Digital, Above-the-Line, and Below-the-Line advertising assets
  • Effective file and folder organization, including structured layer and element management within design files
  • Knowledge of final production requirements for various channels including print, web, and social media
  • Ability to deliver against established objectives and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Good understanding of Content & Digital ecosystem
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • English (advanced level - mandatory)
  • Stay up to speed on Content & Digital trends and best practices
  • Creative/Media/Advertising Agency experience is a plus (not dismissive)
