POSITION SUMMARY
Act as the primary eCommerce technical partner of the Nespresso Digital Commerce team, responsible to update and maintain at market direction the D2C website & app experience and commercial activations, actively contributing to growth of the D2C business. Support the Business/Market in managing content on Nespresso e-commerce D2C online touchpoints, ensuring consistency and maintaining high-quality information standards across websites. The D2C Digital Commerce Specialist is part of a broader team focusing on websites content management and optimization. He/She is responsible for updating website content, manage promotions and products, communicate with internal and external partners are among main responsibilities.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Execute webmastering activities across assigned digital commerce platforms, ensuring technical feasibility and accurate configuration across VST and Production environments through the ticketing system.
Ensure timely submission and delivery of all webmastering tasks in line with established SLAs.
Maintain clear, updated documentation on processes, workflows, and the overall support model.
Conduct regular website audits covering content accuracy, product catalog integrity, and technical performance.
Test functionality and participate in monthly code release testing to ensure seamless deployment of updates.
Optimize website content in line with SEO guidelines and recommendations provided by the SEO team.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and present actionable insights to the business.
Share knowledge and expertise with team members, including delivering functional trainings to internal teams or external partners when required.
Participate in the adoption and rollout of new features and services, ensuring supporting documentation is in place.
Contribute to improvement projects by implementing best practices in collaboration with team members and partners.
What will make you successful…
- Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms, including Drupal (experience with Shopify, Magento2, etc. is an advantage). Knowledge of Hybris is a plus.
- University degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Experience in executing testing and QA activities.
- Proficiency in HTML5 for updating and enhancing UX & CX designs.
- Good knowledge of Photoshop or similar graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- General understanding of web design and user experience (UX).
- Ability to work efficiently with ticketing and workflow tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deliverable requirements, SLAs, and performance targets.
- A team‑oriented mindset with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance, and resilience.
- Strong time‑management skills, including management of downtime.
