Role Purpose
Lead the end‑to‑end brand strategy and execution for Confectionary Nile, driving consumer relevance, cultural impact, and strong business results across digital, social, and offline touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual brand plans, campaign development, and 360° execution (digital, influencer, PR, outdoor, and on‑ground).
- Manage creator and influencer partnerships, from selection to content co‑creation and performance tracking.
- Plan and execute on‑ground activations and launch events that bring the brand experience to life.
- Oversee PR strategy, media coverage, content calendars, and platform‑fit storytelling.
- Collaborate across Sales, Trade, Supply Chain, and global teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor brand performance, competitive activity, and campaign KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion innovation, cultural relevance, and first‑to‑market initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–6 years of brand management or marketing experience, ideally in FMCG.
- Strong digital, social, and influencer marketing knowledge.
- Experience managing agencies and cross‑functional projects.
- Creative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable leading multiple initiatives at once.
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
