Position Summary:

 

Responsible for overseeing the quality and accuracy of real-time monitoring and crisis alert reporting and deep dive ad hoc reports. The role requires exceptional analytical and storytelling skills, strong communication capabilities, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with both internal teams and corporate stakeholders. The role will act as the focal point for issues and crisis insights, ensuring reports are relevant, accurate, and aligned with corporate needs.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

Insights Accuracy & Relevance: All reports and alerts are consistently curated to high standards, with accurate data and clear, actionable insights. Take ownership of transforming collected data into meaningful, actionable insights beyond the surface-level metrics. Lead or support the design and execution of complex research scenarios insuring clarity in narrative, high analytical quality, and depth of interpretation.

Outputs are adapted to reflect crisis-specific context and relevance:

- Daily Reputation & Sentiment Tracking: Ensure consistent methodology for tracking daily reputation & sentiment

- Issue Context: Provide precise insights for issue-related reporting, highlighting potential or emerging crisis situations, sentiment shifts, and early warning indicators for reputation risks

- Global Topics & Benchmarking: Curate insights related to broader societal topics and global issues, ensuring the benchmarks and competitive analysis are relevant to ongoing reputational trends

 

Quality Assurance of Deliverables: Ensure that all reports meet internal quality benchmarks, align with the specified templates and methodologies for different contexts and are relevant to stakeholder expectations

 

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and responsive communication with stakeholders, proactively addressing feedback and adapting outputs as required

 

Mentorship & Coaching: Guide junior analysts, enhancing their analytical skills, insight delivery, and stakeholder communication abilities

 

Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of issues & crisis monitoring and reporting workflows, including refining processes, enhancing templates, and ensuring methodological consistency and quality

 

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

1. Degree in Analytics, Communications, Social Sciences, Marketing or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

2. 8+ years of experience in consumer insights (CMI), social listening, crisis monitoring, and reputation management

3. Proficiency with social listening tools (Talkwalker) and extensive experience in research

4.Proven experience in monitoring and analyzing social media and digital conversations to detect potential crises and assess reputational impact

5. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into clear and actionable intelligence; familiarity with QA and data validation, and storytelling through structured reporting

6. Capable of going beyond the numbers, proven track record of leading both qualitative and quantitative research projects and delivering high quality results and meaningful reports with in-depth insights

7. Expertise in providing real-time intelligence, rapid analysis, and situational awareness during crisis events

8. Advanced English; proficiency in other language(s) is a plus
