Join Nestlé Nordics – We are looking for the Power of YOU!

Are you a passionate communicator and marketeer with a talent for storytelling? Do you want to enrich the lives of pets and the people who love them? If you are ready to make a positive impact and thrive in a dynamic, inclusive work environment, this is your opportunity to shine as our new Corporate Brand & Communications Manager (Parental Leave Cover) for Nestlé Purina PetCare in the Nordics.

Working at Nestlé Purina PetCare: At Purina, we believe that people and pets are better together, and our purpose is to create richer lives for pets and the people who love them. As a proud member of Nestlé, the world's largest food and beverage company, we offer a wide range of products that prioritize nutrition, health, and overall well-being.

Your Job:
As Corporate Brand & Communications Manager, you will drive and execute the corporate branding and communications strategy for Purina PetCare in the Nordics. You will lead the storytelling behind Purina’s corporate brand and promote the Purina in Society (PinS) commitments, including helping pets in need, fostering people’s health through the power of the pet–human bond, and advancing Purina’s sustainability agenda in the Nordics.

You will be part of the Nordic marketing department, working closely with brand managers and the four Nordic commercial teams, as well as Purina’s European brand and communications teams. The role is based at the Nordic Head Office in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and reports directly to the Nordic Marketing Manager for Purina. As you will be working across the Nordics, please expect occasional travel activity for conferences, team meetings, and meetings with external partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the ongoing journey of building trust in Purina’s corporate brand through internal and external communications, including coordinating or supporting crisis communications and reputational risk topics when needed
  • Implementing Purina in Society (PinS) initiatives and acting as a key contributor to Purina Nordic’s sustainability agenda
  • Maintaining and further developing relationships with partners and key stakeholders
  • Planning and executing Purina’s corporate brand and communications strategy, with a strong focus on storytelling and digital media as the primary channel
  • Connecting corporate initiatives with Purina’s brand portfolio by working closely with brand managers and commercial teams to drive the #WeAreBetterWithPets agenda and strengthen brand linkage
  • Driving employee pride and advocacy by bringing Purina’s purpose to life internally through Our Purina Story, Proud2BePurina, Power of Purina-aligned initiatives, Town Halls, and engagement campaigns, while empowering employees to act as authentic Purina ambassadors

Please note that this is a Parental Leave Cover and thus a temporary position limited to a year, however, with the possibility of a permanent role within the company for the right candidate at the end of the contract.
