Your Job:
As our new Nordic Brand & Innovation Manager , you will join a dynamic team of eight and report to the Nordic Marketing Manager for Confectionery & Food. Based at Nestlé’s Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, you will take ownership of key projects that drive brand activations, innovation, and renovation across our Confectionery portfolio. You will work closely with local Commercial Development Managers (CDMs), cross-functional teams, and factory counterparts across Europe. Your mission is to leverage Nordic synergies and ensure we have the right plans in place to meet our targets – always aligned with our overall strategy and objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead projects end-to-end for product innovation and renovation.
- Drive brand activations across Nordic markets in collaboration with local teams.
- Prepare business cases and trade presentations with an outside-in perspective, aligned with category strategies and omni-channel targets.
- Monitor and review performance of your portfolio and category continuously.
- Lead the annual business planning process for your brands, including market analysis, category insights, and consumer proposition development.
- Ensure alignment with key stakeholders, such as CDMs and shopper marketing teams.
- Collaborate with supporting functions (supply chain, logistics, factories, regulatory affairs, etc.) to deliver projects smoothly.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring all materials – including POS – follow brand guidelines.
Please note that this is a Parental Leave Cover and thus a temporary position, limited to a year, but with the possibility of a permanent role within the company for the right candidate at the end of the one-year contract.

We Are Looking For:
To thrive and be successful in this role, you…
- Hold a relevant degree in marketing, business administration, or similar, and have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role (ideally in international FMCG).
- Are fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
- Have experience in project management and analyzing POS data and market research (e.g., Nielsen, Euromonitor).
- Possess strong analytical skills and a commercially savvy mindset, demonstrating curiosity, results orientation, and a drive to succeed as part of a team.
- Take ownership of your work and are adaptable and agile in a dynamic environment.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office tools; experience with SAP is an advantage.
