Working at Nestlé
As the largest food and beverage company in the world, Nestlé offers a diverse range of products with a primary focus on nutrition, health, and wellness. Nestlé Nordics is not just a workplace; it's a community where your uniqueness matters. We celebrate diversity and value every aspect of you, creating a culture that encourages growth, celebrates differences, and offers endless opportunities. We believe that by embracing your uniqueness, you contribute to our collective success.

The Challenges that Await You
We are looking for a business and consumer-oriented Brand Manager to be part of the Nordic Marketing Team (covering Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland), and you will report directly to the Nordic Marketing Manager for Retail Portioned Coffee. This position is based at our Nordic Head Office in Ørestad, Copenhagen.

You will lead the development of our Nordic communication and activation plans for our NABs brands, to ensure achievement of targets in line with the business objectives. A key task will be to translate the overall European strategies into strong and relevant strategies for the Nordic markets, based on consumer understanding and local needs.

In this role, key responsibilities will include.

  • Driving the brand communication and activation strategies, including the annual planning cycle, in close cooperation with local teams and key stakeholders.
  • Planning and executing the ATL (above the line) & digital plans, and being the main contact to our media agency and other relevant agencies, including evaluation and optimization of plans.
  • Acting as brand guardian across marketing materials and Point of Sale (PoS).
  • Optimizing and managing marketing budgets in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager, Brand Lead, and Business Controller.
  • Monitoring and reviewing monthly business performance of Innovation & Renovation (I&R), brand, competitors, and category.
  • Effectively cooperating and aligning with key stakeholders in the Nordics and with our colleagues in the global team.

Overall, you will collaborate with a diverse and talented team to drive the communication and activation plans and achieve our shared goals. We expect you to take ownership of your projects and initiatives, demonstrating autonomy and leadership. You seek to continuously develop your skills and knowledge to stay ahead in the rapidly changing FMCG industry, and you are ready to actively contribute to creating a positive work environment.

As this is a Nordic role, occasional travel activity across the Nordic region should be expected.
