We are recruiting for a dynamic Marketing Activation Manager to join our ambitious B2B team. In this role, you will lead the implementation and execution of marketing activation plans for our Coffee portfolio – including iconic brands such as NESCAFÉ – while also supporting activation across our Savoury and Sweet Food brands including MAGGI and KITKAT.

This is a permanent opportunity which will report into the Senior Brand Manager within Nestle Professional.

Nestlé Professional (“NP”) is our Business-2-Business (B2B) food service arm, which specialises in the Out of Home solutions market. NP operates successfully in an enormous marketplace and is an ambitious growth driver for Nestlé. The team’s aim is to inspire growth in our partners, by providing branded, creative, sustainable solutions that help our customers develop their business, ultimately driving footfall and increasing their profit.

We strive in the field of Nutrition, Health and Wellness and collaborate with the industry for a more sustainable future.  From coffee to cocoa, to plant-based solutions, we work to improve livelihoods in the communities connected to our business activities.  We are committed to ambitious sustainability goals to improve the health of our planet, working with farmers, chefs and operators

Your impact

Ultimately, you will be responsible for developing and delivering activation plans across our B2B channels, ensuring our brands show up brilliantly in customer environments.

Your other key responsibilities will include:

  • Execute activation plans and promotions across RTM customers (e.g. Booker, Bidfood, Brakes), working closely with Account Managers to maximise secured placements within JBPs.
  • Partner with Sales and Brand teams to ensure activation is aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Analyse customer insights and market trends to identify new activation opportunities.
  • Manage the endtoend activation cycle planning, execution, tracking and owning the activation hub.
  • Build strong, credible relationships with B2B customers and agency partners to deliver standout activation.
  • Monitor and report performance, providing insights and recommending continual improvements.

Your ingredients for success

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring a genuine can-do attitude, a willingness to get stuck into anything, and the drive to learn quickly. You might not have all the experience yet – and that’s absolutely fine. What matters most is that you’re a self-starter: someone who takes initiative, asks smart questions, stays curious, and is hungry to grow. You enjoy variety, adapt easily, and feel just as comfortable handling the smaller, everyday tasks as you do stepping up to bigger, more complex challenges.

 You’ll also:

  • Show initiative and a proactive approach, with a strong desire to learn, improve and progress – even if you’re still building your experience.
  • Bring commercial awareness and an interest in promotional activity, with the ability to think practically about business impact.
  • Stay organised and effective in a fast paced, high volume environment, taking ownership and keeping momentum even when things shift.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, working with multiple stakeholders at different levels, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate creativity, accountability and strong time management, tailoring smart solutions for customers and delivering work to a high standard, even with tight deadlines.
