We are recruiting for a motivated Marketing Executive to join our ambitious B2B team. In this role, you will support the delivery and execution of marketing activation plans for our Coffee portfolio – including iconic brands such as NESCAFÉ – while also contributing to activation across our Savoury and Sweet Food brands, including MAGGI and KITKAT.

Nestlé Professional (“NP”) is our Business-2-Business (B2B) food service arm, which specialises in the Out of Home solutions market. NP operates successfully in an enormous marketplace and is an ambitious growth driver for Nestlé. The team’s aim is to inspire growth in our partners, by providing branded, creative, sustainable solutions that help our customers develop their business, ultimately driving footfall and increasing their profit.

We strive in the field of Nutrition, Health and Wellness and collaborate with the industry for a more sustainable future.  From coffee to cocoa, to plant-based solutions, we work to improve livelihoods in the communities connected to our business activities.  We are committed to ambitious sustainability goals to improve the health of our planet, working with farmers, chefs and operators.

Your impact

Ultimately, you will be responsible for developing and delivery activation plans across our B2B channels, ensuring our brands show up brilliantly in customer environments.

Your other key responsibilities will include:

•            Execute activation plans across RTM customers (e.g. Booker, Bidfood, Brakes), working closely with Account Managers to maximise secured placements within JBPs.

•            Partner with Sales and Brand teams to support delivery of activation in line with broader business objectives.

•            Use customer data, insights and sales feedback to help identify activation opportunities and inform plans.

•            Coordinate the activation cycle across planning, execution and tracking, maintaining accurate and uptodate content within the Activation Hub.

•            Support the development of strong working relationships with B2B customers and agency partners to deliver effective activation.

•            Track performance and prepare reporting, highlighting learnings and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Your ingredients for success

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring a positive, can-do attitude, a willingness to get involved, and a genuine curiosity to learn. This role is designed for someone at the start of their marketing career – whether you’re a recent graduate or looking to take your first step into marketing – so you don’t need loads of experience yet. What matters most is your mindset. You’re proactive, keen to take initiative, and comfortable asking questions as you build your skills. You enjoy variety, adapt quickly, and are just as happy supporting day to day tasks as you are getting exposure to bigger projects as your confidence grows. If you’re organised, enthusiastic, and motivated to develop, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll also:

•            Show initiative and a proactive approach, with a strong desire to learn, improve and progress in marketing – even if you’re still building your experience.

•            Bring commercial curiosity and an interest in brands, promotions, and how marketing supports business performance.

•            Stay organised in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and keeping things moving when priorities change.

•            Communicate clearly and professionally, working with a range of internal teams and external partners.

•            Demonstrate creativity, accountability and good time management, delivering work to a high standard and meeting deadlines with support and guidance.
