We are recruiting for...
We’re looking for an ambitious and curious Marketing Executive to join our Nestlé Professional Beverages Marketing team.
If you’re at the beginning of your marketing career and looking for a role where you can learn quickly, take real ownership and work with some instantly recognisable brands, think NESCAFÉ, Starbucks and more then this could be a brilliant next step for you. You’ll gain hands-on experience across customer activation, digital marketing, campaigns, content and events. Working closely with Sales, Brand, Category and Customer teams, helping bring marketing plans to life while developing the skills needed for a successful career in marketing.
Nestlé Professional is our Business-to-Business foodservice business, creating branded, creative and sustainable solutions for customers across the Out of Home market. It’s an ambitious growth area for Nestlé, giving you the chance to see how brilliant marketing can help our customers grow while building brands people know and love.
Your impact
Ultimately, you’ll help bring our brands, products and ideas to life for customers, turning marketing plans into engaging activity across digital, customer and activation channels. You’ll be given the opportunity to get involved, contribute ideas and take ownership from early in your career.
Your other key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Creating and coordinating engaging content across websites, CRM, social media and customer platforms.
- Working with agencies and internal stakeholders across Sales, Brand, Category and Customer teams to deliver campaigns, communications, events and projects.
- Using campaign and commercial performance data to uncover insights and turn them into recommendations and actions.
- Coordinate projects across multiple teams, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Prepare presentations, reporting and marketing materials for a variety of stakeholders.
- Supporting customer, category and brand initiatives while building strong relationships and developing your marketing expertise.
Your ingredients for success
More than anything, we’re looking for potential, curiosity and ambition. You don’t need to arrive knowing everything. This is an opportunity to build your experience, take on new challenges and develop your marketing career.
Essential
• Bring energy, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn, with the confidence to take initiative and get involved.
• Be highly organised, able to manage different priorities and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate confidently and enjoy building relationships with different teams and external partners.
• Have an interest in brands, customers and the commercial impact great marketing can have.
• Bring creativity, attention to detail and accountability, taking pride in delivering high-quality work.
Desirable
• Some previous marketing, digital, content, campaign or commercial experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
You might be a recent graduate, or you may already have some professional experience already under your belt. What matters most is your attitude, capability and ambition to grow. If you enjoy tackling new challenges, solving problems and stretching yourself, you’ll find plenty of opportunity to do that here.
