Location: Gatwick (Hybrid 2-3 times a week)

Position Summary
Here at Nestlé Health Science, we are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join us, as a eContent Manager, reporting into the Content & Engagement Lead. In this role, you will lead the management, coordination, and publication of best-in-class eContent, assets, and ratings & reviews across our brand and customer portfolios. This role is crucial in ensuring our digital presence reflects the quality and innovation of our products.

A day in the life of a eContent Manager…
Your key responsibilities will include:
- End-to-End eContent Management: Oversee the management, distribution, and publication of eContent, ensuring compliance with defined standards, brand guidelines, and legal requirements. Aim for a Digital Shelf Score of 80+ across retailers and brands.
- Process Adherence: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of eContent to retailers by collaborating with brand marketing, sales, and eCommerce teams. Lead training initiatives and serve as the subject matter expert on eContent standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with UK&I Market and Global teams to implement eContent assets that meet market needs. Provide insights on best practices and competitor activity to enhance online experiences.
- Localisation Process Management: Work with local and global marketing teams to ensure all materials are uploaded to the Content Hub and eCommerce customers, driving excellence in eContent publication.
- Agency Relationship Management: Act as the single point of contact for external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with Nestlé's best practices.
- Measurement Framework Development: Build and manage measurement frameworks to ensure eContent visibility across eCommerce customers. Report insights and performance to stakeholders, using KPIs to suggest improvements.
- Asset Management Platform Oversight: Manage the migration of assets to the Nestlé Content Hub, supporting training and knowledge-building initiatives.
- Digital Shelf Acceleration: Take ownership of NHSc’s digital shelf strategy by leading initiatives that enhance our visibility, discoverability, and performance across key eRetailer platforms. Proactively identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement to ensure our ecommerce presence stays ahead in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
- Product Information Management: Oversee NHSc's Product Information platforms, ensuring data completeness and accuracy, and adherence to processes for product updates.
- Ratings & Reviews Strategy: Lead the strategic development and execution of Ratings & Reviews across priority brands, managing relationships with external partners.
What will make you successful
We are looking for a Digital marketing professional, ideally within eCommerce. You’ll have strong knowledge in digital and eCommerce trends whilst displaying expertise in eContent and user experiencein. You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. You’ll also have:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
- Project management and agency management experience.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review and input data accurately.
And finally, you will feel comfortable to challenge the status quo, have a real passion to learn and understand the importance of building positive relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. Coupled with this you will thrive in an environment that is often ambiguous understanding how to navigate yourself and stakeholders to positive solutions.
