Salary €65,000-€68,000 depending on experience

Position Summary
Here at Nestlé Nutrition & Food we are currently recruiting for a talented Senior Brand Manager to join our team in our Dublin office. Reporting into the Country Category Manager, this is an exciting opportunity where you will play an important role in leading our annual brand plans and ensuring flawless execution of these plans to deliver value-add marketing activity across the full channel mix.

 

Your impact

As a Senior Brand Manager for Nutrition & Food, you will lead the strategic development and implementation of marketing plans for our Baby Milks, Baby Food and Food brand portfolio in Ireland. You will be responsible for executing and optimising the full marketing and media mix, creating positive brand experiences across media, digital, shopper and HCP channels that drive overall market share growth for your brands.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver the annual brand plan for the market — Lead the strategic development and localisation of brand plans, including setting objectives, managing budgets and phasing, and executing marketing activities aligned with both UK and local market ambition.
  • Manage the brand portfolio — Oversee brand health evaluations (consumer measures and drivers), develop brand strategies to achieve market share growth, and contribute to the Monthly Business Process (MBP).
  • Set integrated communications plans — Define the communications strategy across the portfolio, collaborating with key stakeholders including media and communications agencies, UK marketing, and medical and regulatory teams.
  • Develop and execute local assets — Create and deliver assets for local platforms and ensure effective execution of digital content across local channels.
  • Drive integrated channel strategy — Develop and execute clear, consistent brand strategies across all channels. Partner closely with Sales and Medical teams to build winning commercial propositions and communications.
  • Turn data into insight — Analyse market share, consumer measures, research, Baby Club data, and other insight sources to generate value‑adding insights that drive informed strategic decisions for the brand.

                         

Your ingredients for success
To be successful in this role, you will already have strong FMCG marketing experience — ideally as a Senior Brand Manager, or as a high‑performing Brand Manager ready to take the next step. Experience working on Nutrition healthcare brands would be beneficial, as well as global FMCG brands, is highly desirable. As an ambassador for our brands, you will bring strong project management and analytical skills. Proactivity, enthusiasm, leadership capability, and creative thinking are essential. You’ll also have:

 

  • A proven track record of successfully launching a new brand in a complex, mature market
  • Experience across NPD, brand strategy, digital and social communication
  • P&L and budget management experience
  • Experience collaborating with major retailers
  • Brand‑building expertise, including campaign briefing and execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within a matrix organisation
