The role
As a Brand Content Manager managing partnerships & digital content creation, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager & Brand Team to be responsible for driving partnership marketing initiatives, creating compelling digital content, and activating brand experiences at marquee sporting events. You’ll have the opportunity to execute the strategies that will drive positive shifts in overall brand perception and demonstrate our core belief in the power of nutrition to improve the long-term health and well-being of pets.
What you’ll do
• Lead the execution of the sports partnership portfolio with current and future partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop holistic content strategies that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences, and develop & execute annual activation plans to support the broader long-term sports & content marketing strategy.
• Build relationships & manage agency partners to ensure they are properly briefed and are executing all contractual assets within agreed budgets.
• Create engaging and innovative digital content across various platforms (website, social media, email marketing, etc.) that is aligned with Brand objectives and taps into cultural and contextual relevancy
• Work with Holistic Content & Media team, & local Market marketing teams to develop media plan to enable best in class media creativity and execution.
• Identify opportunities to partner with content creators & influencers to broaden reach and relevance consistent with campaign objectives
• Create tailored content for specific PR campaigns, including articles, interviews, and multimedia assets that support the brand's objectives.
• Plan and execute brand activations at marquee events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Develop KPIs across partnership portfolio in conjunction with Consumer Insights team to build a roadmap for success.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess engagement and effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.

Minimum qualifications:
• Experience: 7+ years in Brand Management, Communication Marketing, or communication agencies, with at least 2 years in negotiating and executing league, team, and athlete talent partnerships.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work autonomously.
• Bachelor´s degree from an accredited institution.
