Position Summary
Implement and Conduct research and analysis that help Marketing and other areas to know their consumers deeply. Identify, generate and communicate consumer insights and trends. Support marketing and other relevant functions, providing them with analysis, insights and information that help understand the target who, what and why they do it.

What you’ll do
· Implement Methods and Tools in order to build the knowledge base to support internal stakeholders to understand the target consumer and support your consumer deeply
· Coordinate and Guarantee that the right methodologies, guidelines and standards are applied in all research studies, and guarantee quality in all the research process and analysis
· Gather the information to conduct consumer, shopper, retail, competitive and customer analysis to support business with relevant data, information and insights
· Work together with internal stakeholders in the consumer related activities for implementing winning actions through relevant research methodologies that support the decision making process, being relevant in OP or MBS processes
· Conduct and synthesize consumer, shopper, competitive and customer analysis to support business with relevant data, information and insights, and connect the dots to input into business and brand strategy
· Budget control and reporting, check related invoices, report actual and committed spending
Mandatory Requirements
• Business Administration, Economics or Marketing Degree, Alternatively Engineer, Statistics with an MBA or Marketing Degree would be an advantage
• Marketing, CRM or Market Research experience (min 5 years) at agency or client
• Statistic analysis

• Organizational, planning, project management skills
• Excellent analytical and decision making skills
• Good written communication skills
• Market and results oriented
• Entrepreneurial and self-starter
• Operation, problem solving (“hands-on”)
• MS Office (Excel, Power point, Word) and CRM / Statistics software knowledge (data bases information extractions, segmentations, analysis)
