The role: 

 

As a Global Data and Marketing Analytics Capability Manager ,you will play a vital role in developing and enhancing data and marketing analytics capabilities globally at Nestle. This position focuses on building the skills and processes for driving effective data-driven marketing decisions and enabling always-on optimization. The Marketing Capability Manager is an essential role with the Nestle Group Marketing team to support our marketing transformation in building strong marketing teams and enhance marketing effectiveness and ultimately driver higher business growth. 

 

What you’ll do: 

 

  • Capability Development & Training: Identify and enhance data and marketing analytics capabilities for brand, media, and consumer insight managers through tailored training experiences.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and optimize marketing processes, implementing essential KPIs to ensure efficiency and adherence to best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Align integrated analytics capabilities with Group Marketing leaders and communicate initiatives with senior management to meet business objectives.
  • Performance Measurement & Innovation: Establish metrics to assess marketing analytics effectiveness and stay updated on emerging practices to enhance capability programs.

  • Experience: 10-15 years of CMI and analytic consulting experience, focusing on consumer understanding and marketing effectiveness measurement.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in marketing data sets and data sources, methodologies for data insights, and advanced analytics applications in marketing.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with agile principles and experience in training and change management.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across geographies and cultures, demonstrating critical thinking and adaptability.
  • Innovation: Embrace advanced technology to drive innovation within marketing analytics.

 

 

Bonus Points If You: 

 

  • Experience in CPGs. 
  • Experience at global level.
  • Agentic AI experience in capability building
