We are looking for a Commercial Specialist to work with Piltti brand shopper activation. Join our team in Espoo with at least one-year temporary contract (parental leave cover).

Your Job:

In this key role, you will be responsible for in-store activation for one or more product categories. You’ll be part of our dynamic Customer Marketing and Commercial Support team, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders including Key Account Managers, Sales Representatives, Commercial Development team, Supply Chain, Product Information, and Nordic Marketing teams. You will also manage relationships with promotional agencies for your category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage shopper activation projects from briefing to post-campaign evaluation
• Coordinate with promotional agencies to ensure timely and effective delivery of activation concepts and materials
• Present shopper activation plans in internal sales meetings to engage and inform Sales Representatives
• Oversee the creation and coordination of POS materials, displays, and pallet solutions in collaboration with Field Sales, Key Account Managers, and Commercial Development
• Collaborate with a diverse and talented team.

We Are Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should be a strong team player with excellent collaboration and multitasking skills. You are adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident in presenting your ideas to diverse audiences.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Finnish and English (written and spoken)
• Relevant educational background (e.g., Bachelor of Business Administration) or equivalent experience in shopper activation
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in POS-related roles, merchandising, retail, promotional agencies, or marketing—preferably in the FMCG sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional assets:

• Experience with product information management

• Familiarity with GS1/Synkka requirements
