At Nestlé, we’re looking for a Commercial Development Specialist who wants to make a real impact. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our retail portioned coffee business in Sweden, working closely with both the local commercial team and our Nordic marketing colleagues. You’ll be the connector between strategy and execution – turning insights into action, coordinating brand plans and launches, and driving our category growth agenda.

You’ll be part of a small, tight-knit team based in Helsingborg, but your network will span across departments, field sales, customers, and external partners. We offer a hybrid working model, giving you the flexibility to work remotely part of the time.
Your Job
Your days will be varied and dynamic. You’ll lead the Swedish agenda for retail portioned coffee – from planning innovations and activations to managing the local marketing budget and integrating machine and capsule promotions. You’ll use shopper and category insights to identify opportunities and drive initiatives that deliver real results.
You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our brand and channel strategies are executed effectively, and you’ll play a key role in coordinating daily operations and projects that contribute to our business success.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a solid foundation in marketing and sales, ideally with a couple of years in FMCG. You’re confident juggling multiple stakeholders, fluent in both Swedish and English, and know your way around Excel and PowerPoint. Most importantly – you’re ready to make things happen.
This is a temporary position for a duration of 9 to 12 months, covering a maternity leave, with good potential for extension or a permanent placement.
