POSITION SNAPSHOT
•    Location: Head Office, Ho Chi Minh City

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Efficiently manage and implement sports marketing activities in alignment with the brand strategy for MILO to gain a competitive advantage and achieve maximum returns on investment in building brand equity.

 

POSITION SUMMARY  
-    Planning sports marketing events, including sponsorship events, for the entire year, which deliver high brand exposure to the relevant target audience.
-    Ensuring that events and activities are in line with corporate and government guidelines.
-    Accountable and responsible for managing relevant partners to create a sports marketing plan. Other duties include publicity, branding, and in-game advertising.
-    Accountable and responsible for the effective management of the sports marketing budget, including:
•    Ensuring proper monitoring and control of the budget to deliver set KPIs.
•    Conducting post-evaluation of events.
-    Accountable and responsible for enhancing Nestlé's relationships with identified strategic partners (such as sports associations, NGOs, and other relevant parties) to continuously form and maintain strategic alliances that build brand equity.


REQUIREMENTS
-    At least 2 years of experience in event management or brand/sales experience
-    Demonstrable record of success in building brand equity through events.
-    Good public relations skills.
-    Having government bodies/ministries related to sports/education is an advantage
-    Experience in Sports Marketing would be an advantage
