POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager will lead the Infant Nutrition category, which includes complex sub-categories such as Infant Milk Powder, Growing-Up Milks, Early Childhood Foods, and new categories. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans aligned with the overarching business strategy, driving brand growth.

 

A DAY IN LIFE A MARKETING MANAGER

  • Develop and execute category strategies in line with business objectives.
  • Own global brand strategy development and ensure alignment with local market needs.
  • Create medium-to-long-term category plans based on solid consumer insights.
  • Develop brand plans following the ICP approach and drive the I&R pipeline.
  • Provide input into channel/customer and route-to-market planning.
  • Deliver on key financial responsibilities and achieve market share objectives.
  • Ensure systematic use of marketing intelligence and consumer insights to guide decisions.
  • Build and maintain a strong network across Nestlé and relevant professional associations to share best practices and source innovative ideas.
  • Lead the Marketing team, set clear direction, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Drive functional competency development and succession planning within the team.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Shared Services, Legal/CA/RA, Technical, HR, Global/Zone teams, and agency partners.

 

WHAT MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

  • 8–10 years of commercial experience, including 3–5 years in senior marketing roles.
  • Strong background in sales and proven ability to drive business growth.
  • Experience in agency management and collaboration with external partners.
  • Solid track record in brand equity management, consumer insights, and shopper insight development.
  • Expertise in consumer communication strategies and execution.
  • Demonstrated people management experience, including leading complex teams and developing talent.
  • Exposure to international business environments is a strong advantage.
  • Deep interest and expertise in category management.
  • Driven and results-focused, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to manage complex teams and foster collaboration across functions.
  • Committed to people development and building high-performing teams.
  • Curious, resilient, agile, and demonstrates a strong can-do attitude.
